The green elephant

30 Jun

…or whatever 🙂 Simply tons of shoes!

This pair by Aldo seems to be more popular than ever. For $105, why not?

Both shoes have 11,5 cm heels and the “Faithful” costs $1.155!

Wanna grow quickly? 🙂 Get Casadei‘s trademark (triple) platform pumps!

I’ve created a collage entirely out of Ciara’s looks, because I consider her one of the best dressed these days. At least from the aspect of her shoes, she surely is. Always new shoes, fantastic outfits. In the last two pictures, not only her shoes are Balmain and Dsquared respectively, but also the dresses.

Imagine yourself in Balmain from head to toe 😮 😉

Kim has chosen a classic this time, which matches her dress perfectly. The dress is pretty spectacular, isn’t it?

The “Lance” has 11,5 cm heels, price $640, while the “Zoom” has 11 cm heels and costs around $1.050.

Finally, a Jimmy Choo event in Germany:

This breathtaking pair has 13 cm heels (but a platform as well) and in case you’re interested, prepare to spend $1745!

Any thoughts & favorites?

Spikes & Needles

26 May

After a quick affair with Rosie, I’m back to normal and it’s the shoes that are in spotlight again!

Karl & Co. don’t have the most popular shoes, but they certainly have a few nice pairs, just like this:

I have no further details on this shoe, so we can’t do anything else than push the “Like” button 🙂

My favorite brand sells more and more shoes of it’s new collection:

This pair costs around $930! But that’s not all!

You’re probably familiar with “Sigrid” already, these days it costs $1390! Let me introduce another new player (and welcome back a known one):

Debra’s “Gail” costs $795, while the boots of that other lady (any guesses who she is?) cost a whopping $1550! The boots may look familiar to you because I’ve posted about them already.

I guess it’s enough of Gucci by now (is it?), let’s move on to a style icon who apparently isn’t afraid of heights:

Her style is flawless again and just how good do her shoes look? In addition to the superb design, it could be almost called cheap: $215 only! It comes in white as well.

The last pair I’m showing you in this post is the following pair worn by Lost star Michelle Rodriguez.

If you want to have fizz and bubble, Jimmy Choo is your man!

11 cm heels, $785 – you might want to add this pair to your wish list.

I hope you enjoyed this post, if so, I’m more than happy to read your comments!

See you in a few days!

Fun in the shoe shop

16 May

I’ve waited so long to do this post and today, by not doing the “Please don’t” post (the famous ladies behaved quite well during the last few weeks), I have the opportunity to post the pictures.

To start with, there was the Navyboot Store Opening in Berlin last November. German stars and Daryl Hannah appeared:

Then, Kim Kardashian’s Shoedazzle.com celebrated it’s first birthday in March:

A so-called shopping night in Germany:

At last, (with the help of Kristin) Audrina did what she apparently loves to do:

I hope you all had a great weekend, see you soon!

Zee Germans

13 Aug

After a couple of days of absence [there’s so much work and travelling to do these days :S ] I’m back again to make a mega-post again, with a subject that will surprise many of you.

Mainly, because I bet you don’t know the people you’ll see in a few moments 🙂 Since I live in Europe, the German influence is massive in many parts of our everyday life. However, in the case of the shoes, shoe design, it’s a bit different.

It looks like the most famous ladies in the country that gave us Karl Lagerfeld, Jil Sander, Hugo Boss and Escada wouldn’t care that much about high-fashion, especially not about shoes, unlike their colleagues do in France, Britain or even in Italy. Of course, you can see some well-known pair every now and then, but I wonder what the reason behind this phenomenon is.

Now I’m going to show you a lot of German – even if some names don’t sound sooo German – ladies: TV hosts, singers, actresses, models, athletes, society chicks (aka useless people), bands.

I’m really interested in your opinions! How do you like what you see? Did you know any of them?
