Keeping the momentum

7 Sep

As fashion weeks approach, I have to remain focused here on my blog and not post models only. As the first step of this process, here are ten marvelous shoes from not so long ago.

The first one is the “Spikette” pumps by Ruthie Davis, worn by Josie Loren:

Another really special is up next, this is Aperlai, brought to you by Maggie Q:

This is a net sandals with leather detail, comes in black too, costs around $1.000!

To be honest, I expected to see these überhyped Miu Miu heels a lot more often this summer than I actually did…

Good thing is, the beautiful Camilla Belle gave it a shot and put them on!

Here’s proof that Nicholas Kirkwood can design shoes that do not have Kirkwood written all over them:

Do you still like these shoes?

Talk about less well-known shoes! Here’s one from Stella McCartney:

The next one didn’t become the most popular shoes of all time either, but I think it still looks good:

These Tommy Hilfiger sandals are pure summer, right?

After three pair of shoes that might be new to you, here is the trademark Sergio Rossi pair:

Who wore it better? Emilia Clarke or Emma Roberts?

Okay, let’s look for something more affordable. Yes, Aldo!

The first one is like $90, comes in “bone” and purple, and has a 5 inch heel with a 0.75 inch platform:

The second pair comes in red and black (both suede), has a bit higher heels than 4 inches and costs around $110:

I saved the best for last again! Kerry Washington wore these shoes by Gio Diev back in July at the ESPY Awards:

Which one of these 10 pairs do you like most?
