Gucci‘s new collection is about the reach its peak, even before its season arrives. In contrast to Prada’s new collection that has flooded magazines lately, I am okay with Gucci’s famous new collection, I really like it!

When beauty meets style

To start with, here’s Diane Krüger‘s outfit which she wore when she attended Chanel’s Haute Couture show in Paris a few days ago. Check out her brand new heels by Miu Miu which were spotted before only at their fashion show a few months ago.

So Diane-ish IMO.

You might have the feeling you can’t get enough of her right now. This is your lucky day! There was a dinner organized by Vogue Paris the other evening which Diane (among other very famous ladies) attended:

We did spot these shoes before on the runway as well and now you can buy these heels! Heel height is 4,3″ (11 cm) and this pair would cost you $795 (€580); you can have it in two more colors as well.

Talk about other famous beauties – here’s what my personal favorite, Olivia Wilde wore that night. Yes, Gucci from head to toe.

She looks marvelous, doesn’t she? Okay, Ms Gucci’s look is quite exquisite too. Olivia’s shoes have the same heel height as Diane’s but cost a bit more, $995 (€725). Available in one other color too.

At this point we go back a week or so, here’s what she wore at the Golden Globe:

In order to have at least two pairs by Christian Louboutin in this post, here’s Sylvie van der Vaart and her outfit at one of the shows at the Berlin Fashion Week. She chose a classic pair to wear, in an eye-catching color though.

Minka Kelly is among my favorites these days, she’s such a beauty. Thanks God she gets more and more air-time and the number of her public appearances grows.

To describe the pair by Jimmy Choo, here’s what the brand says on it’s website: “This sexy peep toe sling back in chic nude leather is now available on a new 5,7″ (14,5 cm) heel.” Holy cow, that’s high! Costs: $750 (€550) and it’s available in black as well.

Another pair by Jimmy Choo was spotted on singer Inna in Cannes.

“Inspired by vintage jewellery from the 1920s, Ciara summarises all that Project Crystal is: rich, luxurious and timeless, but at the same time, cool, modern and relevant. This bold design is a masterpiece of Plexiglas engineering.” The heel is 5.3″ (13,5 cm) and costs around $2.700 (€2.000 ).

Okay, she’s a former top model, so what? 🙂 It might look good on normal human beings without 2m long legs too! (Note: it’s not her in the campaign but Natasha Poly, IINM.)
