24th Nickelodeon Awards – The Shoes

14 Apr

I know I’m a bit late with this, but anyway…take a look at the shoes that have been worn by various celebrities at the 24th Nickelodeon Awards.

It’s always a good idea to begin with Brian Atwood:

The well-known Maniac, this time in a shiny golden color.

The Martina adds something special to Victoria Justice‘s outfit! 14 cm heel, 2,5 cm platform, $1820…

Isn’t this shoe – worn here by Debby Ryan – lovely? 4,5″ heels, costs only $175!

No words needed.

Jimmy Choo’s Emily is also available as a sandal, not only as wedges.

I guess we’re certainly looking at the IT shoe of the season…Miu Miu rulez.

Another lovely outfit, the shoes have 6″ heels and 2″ platforms, costs $530.

How cool are Selena Gomez’ Skovgaard heels? 4,25″ heels, price around $480.

To be honest, I love shoes by Versace. This is an excellent reason, why.

The Palais pumps come in many different colors; 5,25″ heels, 1,25″ platforms, $575.

Which one is your favorite?

This post might have some “hate it or love it” heels!

Nicole Scherzinger wore Camilla Skovgaard shoes – I have seen more amazing shoes by the designer, I am not that much amazed by this one:

The brand Xti has been lunched a few days ago, they managed to book Irina Shayk for their project. She’s at the top of her game:

Up next, this is Versace of last season:

Jessica Alba‘s shoes have 14 cm heels, 3 cm platforms and cost around $1.100 when not on sale.

Here are Charlotte Ross’ shoes:

Last but not least a pair by Christian Louboutin, worn here by Christina Aguilera, that is somewhere between fierce and normal:

12 cm heel, 2,5 cm platform; prices around $955.

Tomorrow I shall post again!

Do you like any of these?

Strictly shoes – modified & updated

23 Feb

Despite the series of fashion weeks, it’s time to concentrate on shoes again, I’ll handle the question of the NYFW and LFW later. The Milano Moda Donna is still about to come anyway 🙂

The first pair of today’s selection reminds us on it’s designer…

Up next we have an example of a perfect brand+celebrity partnership. Ciara usually wears the items exactly as seen on the runway, which is considered as a bad choice by Carine Roitfeld in general. However, since she has a very good figure, I think it’s a neither problem in her case nor does it look weird:

Kim’s shoe collection has grown with a shoe that looks average at first sight but is certainly an eye-catching design if you take a closer look:

Finally, there are new pairs in Kristin Cavallari’s wardrobe as well.

This is multitasking: get out of the car, have coffee in your hands, hold the bag on your other arm, chat on the phone, have notes in your hands, walk, open the door. Excellent performance, Kristin 😉

She also realized how cool Camilla Skovgaard’s shoes are. Thanks God she didn’t buy the wedge boots (at least it looks like she didn’t): how awkward would it be if both Stephanie Pratt and Kristin would show up wearing the same boots? Why would she buy those boots in February anyway?

She did buy a unique pair though, another good choice Ms Cavallari!

Dear Reader, I know you’ve been checking out Kristin’s Alexander Wang bag 😛

Today everyone with internet access could be part of Burberry’s show in London.

There have been many A-list celebrities, such as Kristen Stewart, Mary-Kate Olsen, Kate Hudson, Twiggy, Anna Wintour, Mario Testino and so on.

Looks like thigh high boots stay for the next season, ankle boots with buckles and killer heels as well.

I’ve got pictures for you, even though it isn’t a full coverage 🙂

Cheers, mate! 🙂

Did you see the show? If yes, how did you like it?

Guilty pleasure

Dear Shoe Addicts,

another opportunity has come to spend a lot on shoes again. Well, if you like them, of course.

Dear Shoe Addicts, give me one good reason why you wouldn’t!

How can it be, that each and every pair by her is a fantastic piece of work? The sandals cost around $400, the boots cost around $800 (4,5″ heels plus a 0,5″ platform). What else do I have for you?

The “Detroit” has a 4″ heel, easy-peasy, right? Jessica must have spent around $1000 on them…

The last pair I’ve got for you today is yet another marvelous pair by Mr Louboutin:
