There’s always room for more shoes

26 Feb

I hope you’ll agree with me on this one when you finish reading this post 🙂

Bally is a brand for sophisticated people; Jennifer Aniston was more likely to wear the shoes from Switzerland than Lady Gaga:

I think Charlotte Olympia works by the motto “don’t change a winning formula” and she really sticks to it. She designed those sky-high platform pumps a few years ago, and she only changes the “carrosserie” since then. Works every time!

There are fake Charlotte Olympia shoes all over the world, the pair worn here by Katy Perry is no exception, so be careful if you buy heels online.

Rebecca Romijn wore Balmain sandals a few weeks ago:

Rachel McAdams has chosen these pointy toe pumps by Jimmy Choo:

Lea Michele decided to wear Jimmy Choo at the People’s Choice Awards:

However, Lea’s heart belongs to Casadei. It’s not the first time she wore these pumps:

It’s been a while since I last posted Rupert Sanderson shoes. Amber Heard wore the Estelle sandals to the Michael Kors show at the New York Fashion Week:

Walter Steiger is back in the game too. Malin Akerman has recently shown her love for the brand on two occassions:

Victoria Beckham even collaborates with Walter Steiger. She tweeted: “Walter Steiger for #victoriavictoriabeckham -presenting tomorrow! X vb”

Two days later, she wore those ankle boots to the launch of her collection:

This is it for now, here’s the posting schedule for this week:

  • Model Monday (surprise) on Monday with pictures from London and Milan
  • Giuseppe Zanotti post on Wednesday
  • Christian Louboutin post on Friday
  • Best of February post on Sunday.

You may have realized that I always suggest you to buy the shoes of the current post – take a look at these shoes and you’ll know why 🙂

Without further ado, here’s Miranda Kerr in her new sandals of Bally’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection:

Up next, this is Amber Heard in Calvin Klein:

These shoes are almost literally from the runway!

Amber Heard is on fire these days, check out her whole look, including the Lady Peep pumps by Christian Louboutin:

“Christian once said that a “shoe has so much more to offer than just to walk.” Our beautiful “Lady Peep” gives you just that. Slip her on and you’ll find that wherever you wear her, you’ll be the most confident girl in the room.”  Well, it’s no wonder since these shoes have 5 cm platforms and 10 cm heels – get yours for $900.

Speaking of Louboutin, here’s another pair that will help you reach the sky:

Holly Madison‘s Louboutin has 5 cm platforms & 10 cm heels, it costs $900.

Because the time for (ankle)boots has arrived, you should take a look at the fall-ish version of the Daffodile pumps – it’s the Daf booty!

6 cm platform, 10 cm heels, $1.300 – a real killer in every aspect!

I know, I know, enough of the red soles for now, let’s see something different, like Taylor Swift’s Miu Miu shoes:

Because there are a few lucky readers here who are not facing the challenges of cold weather, here are two pairs that have summer written all over them.

The first one is by Ralph Lauren, worn here by Camilla Belle:

The “heels” are 11.5 cm high, it costs around $600.

The other pair screaming summer is this one:

This is the first ever appearance for both Kaya Scoledario & River Island!

For those who do need boots for the coming months, here is the 50/50 boots by Stuart Weitzman.

You may prefer flat boots, but with this eye catching pair you won’t be able to keep a low profile 🙂

The last one  for today is one of best known shoes worn here by a soon-to-be mom.

Give it up for Hilary Duff and YSL 😉

Which one do you like most? Any nay-s?

Hello and welcome to today’s post, in which I present works of two, rather exotic designers.

First, there is Azzedine Alaia. We all know about the brand, we all know, they have some really interesting  shoes, but they are so rare, you don’t see them as often as Jimmy Choos. This is why it’s such a pleasure to present you a pair of their latest sandals:

Really high heels, right? No worries though, there is a platform that helps you to walk on the 5″ heels if you’ve bought them for $920.

Still Miss Congeniality, but this time, she has something even more extraordinary to show you:

She seems to have a thing for platform sandals 🙂 The facts of this shoe: 1,25″ platform, 5.25″ heel, $595.

Still Bally, but this time…it’s Hayden who shows them to the world:

The facts are quite the same for this sandal as for the Ilya; sorry for the different colored piece, I couldn’t find any in gold.

I’ll be back on Sunday, take care 🙂
