It doesn’t have to always be CL

4 May

It’s time for something new, let’s see what else is out there!

To start with, here’s a shoe that I wanted to post last week already. The new collection by Ruthie Davis looks amazing, she has so many great ideas! I’m definitely going to do a post with that Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Now take a look at Leven Rambin wearing 6 inch heels:

You can have it in black with gold metallic or silver metallic heel counter, or in white with silver metallic heel counter (looks fierce!).

Now on to the next shoe, it’s the quite well-known Giuseppe Zanotti and two, slightly less well-known pairs:

Two very different shoes, I love both of them!

Up next, this is Michelle Monaghan wearing sandals by Chrissie Morris:

Last but not least, a really hot outfit brought to you by none other than Eva Longoria. The Ferragamo pumps are classy!

I’m glad I could post today, I hope to be able to post again on Friday. Until then, have a good time πŸ™‚

Sergio meets Jimmy

2 Dec

Let me explain: this is not the title of a gay story. This is the title of a post which contains only Sergio Rossi and Jimmy Choo heels.

To start with, here are a few (okay: a lot of) ladies wearing those statement Sergio Rossi heels which may have been the biggest hit this summer.

Jackie Wilson’s “Higher and higher” jumps into my mind, use SR instead of “love”:

“Your love, lifting me higher
Than I’ve ever been lifted before
So keep it it up
Quench my desire
And I’ll be at your side, forever more

You know your love (your love keeps lifting me)
Keep on lifting (love keeps lifting me)
Higher (lifting me)
Higher and higher (higher)
I said your love (your love keeps lifting me)
Keep on (love keeps lifting me)
Lifting me (lifting me)
Higher and higher (higher)”

Talk shows provide a great opportunity to show what you’re wearing πŸ™‚

Julie Bowen (Conan):

Leah Remini (Chelsea Lately):

To be honest, I’m not sure any more about these heels. I did like them for two or three months, but there has been an overload of them lately and I need to see something new. Let’s call it the “YSL T2 effect”.

Situation is different with Jimmy Choo. There are celebrities wearing “last season” JC shoes every now and then, but I don’t see them all the time, so I’m okay with that. “Private” and “Quiet” are great examples for that, while “Viola” is something new to my eyes.

“This style utilizes the feminine and sexy mix of soft leather and mesh to create a luxurious base for scattered Swarovski crystals in rich hues of gold or smoky quartz.”

Available in nude and anthracite, costs €1.245/$940, 12 cm heel.

“A favourite style on the red carpet. Make the ultimate statement with these fashion forward patent heels.”

Available in many-many colors, €695/$525, 12 cm heel.

“These iconic peep toe sandals in patent leather are bound to get you noticed.”

Available in red and black, €495/$375, 12 cm heel.

Have a nice weekend (Friday is basically weekend, isn’t t? πŸ™‚ )!

Tribute to the bag ladies

25 Jan

This Sunday, I’ve got something different for you, than usual. As the title says, it is a post for all the bag fans, because even if diamonds are girl’s best friends, I think bags are even closer friends. Furthermore, it’s not enough to have nice shoes if you don’t have the appropriate bag.

That’s why I have these pictures for you here: the three most common brands in the world of the rich and famous. I know there are a lot more fantastic designers out there, but let’s just focus on the most famous ones.

To see all the details, as usual, click on the pictures to see them in full size.

Let me begin with Chanel (one big picture). As you can, some of the pictures are not the same size here: they had a very different size, sorry for that.

Up next, it’s Gucci (one big picture), with no more size-problems πŸ™‚

At last but not at least, it’s time for Louis Vuitton (five big pictures):

I hope you enjoyed this special post!
