Jimmy, Brian and Massimo: the boys are back in town

11 Feb

Even though the New York Fashion Week has started only yesterday, there is already something to talk about. Ashanti attended the BCBG Max Azria show wearing shoes by Massimo Dogana, who usually designs special shoes. Not only this sandal, but also peep toe boots have the F.U. “sign” as The Shoe Girl and Shoe Tease pointed out earlier. So if you have around $1.000 to spend, feel free to buy a pair and send a message 🙂

To continue with, here we go with a few pairs by Jimmy Choo; I haven’t posted any of his work lately.

You could see that pair in action back in September 2010 thanks to Heidi Klum:

… and recently worn by Rashida Jones:

“Magnum” has 12 cm heels (4.8″) and costs around $1.000!

If you want a less eye-catching pair, you could buy “Enigma”, like Kelly Brook did:

“Enigma” would cost you $975.

If you’d like to wear something even more simpler, there’s “Lilac” on the market – remember, pointy toes are okay this season!

This pair is less expensive, you could get it for $495.

Do not think Brian Atwood‘s fame has gone. Molly Sims wore a pair which is less spectacular, but she certainly let it stand out by playing with the colors brilliantly:

The total heel height is 14.5 cm (5.75″) but it has a 3 cm (1.25″) hidden platform! Even though its look is rather minimalistic, it would still cost you $675.

Now it’s time to focus on NYFW, I know. Have a great weekend!

Thanks for the mention… I STILL hate those damn shoes.

I do like the JC Magnums… but only in black please! Not sure I like Ashanti’s pair, something tells me it’s a shoe you can only wear once to make a statement…
